The Good Knot is a one-person hardwood workshop based in Burlington, Ontario, founded by Sascha — a technology professional who wanted to make things you could actually hold.

Every piece is designed, made, and finished by hand in our Burlington workshop from carefully selected hardwoods — walnut, maple, and cherry. No shortcuts, no outsourcing, no synthetic finishes. Just wood, tools, and time.

What we make

Handcrafted hardwood goods for three parts of your life: your kitchen, your family, and your home. From spatulas tested for years in our own kitchen to tree family decorations that stay up all year long, every piece is designed to solve a real problem and built to outlast the person who buys it.
